Product Features
This monochrome pad printing machine series features a clean,
environmentally friendly oil cup type ink supply system and
microelectronic keyboard control interface. With independent
adjustment of the pad's up/down stroke and speed, plus a worktable
adjustable in X, Y, Z axes and angle, it offers wide application
range, high printing efficiency, and easy operation. Suitable for
graphic printing on various surfaces (flat, curved, irregular) and
widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, hardware,
plastics, toys, stationery, and other industries.
Construction & Build Quality
The frame is constructed from thickened square tubes for solid
structure, finished with baked paint for a bright surface. The
chassis is cast aluminum, and all accessories are CNC processed and
oxidized for elegant appearance and durability.
Oil Supply System
The economical and environmentally friendly oil cup type ink supply
system minimizes ink waste and odor volatilization. Features
imported ceramic cup rings for extended service life, allowing ink
to remain in the oil cup for extended periods while maintaining
stable concentration.
