This three station linear visual full servo screen printing machine

visual positioning, servo printing, UV curing, and 90-degree

Equipment Operation Principle
The machine features convenient and quick debugging, with a fully
automated operation process driven by servo systems and robots:
- Manually place the workpiece on the feeding conveyor belt.
- The feeding conveyor mechanism transports the printed product to
the bottle clamping position of the robotic arm.
- The robotic arm clamps the printed product and transfers it to the
visual positioning station for automatic clamping.
- The servo system drives the fixture positioning system to perform
visual positioning accurately.
- The robotic arm automatically transfers the product to the printing
station, where the servo drives the printing head or screen device
to complete printing.
- The unloading robotic arm clamps the workpiece and transfers it to
the unloading conveyor belt via servo drive for final unloading.
The robotic arm is composed of servo motors, cylinders, etc. During
operation, the machine’s relevant parameters can be adjusted at any
time through the touch screen, and the working status of the
machine can also be monitored online in real time, ensuring easy
