This series of pad printing machine is specially developed for
multi-color printing, capable of handling 3-8 color printing
requirements. Featuring an oil cup type oil supply system and
microelectronic keyboard control operation interface, it offers
independent adjustment of the pad's up and down stroke and speed.
Equipped with a workbench adjustable in X, Y, Z axes and angle, it
provides wide application range, high printing efficiency and easy
operation. Suitable for graphic printing on various surfaces
including flat, curved, and irregular shapes, widely used in
electronics, electrical appliances, hardware, plastic, toys,
stationery and other industries.
Construction & Build Quality
The rack is constructed from thickened square tubes for solid
structure, with baked paint surface for bright finish. The chassis
is cast aluminum, and all accessories are processed by CNC and
oxidized for elegant appearance.
Oil Supply System
The oil cup type oil supply system offers economy and environmental
protection. It minimizes ink waste and odor volatilization, and
uses imported ceramic cup rings for long service life. The ink
maintains stable concentration when stored in the oil cup for
extended periods.
Multi-Color Direct Push Shuttle Table
The multi-color direct push shuttle table is processed with
high-quality alloy, with slide table driven back and forth by
precise pneumatic components. Provides stable and reliable
performance, accurate movement and excellent registration printing
effect.
